How I Began Training
When I called a professional trainer to ask for help with Bentley's aggression toward intact males, her answer shocked me. “The only way to fix aggression issues is with an electric collar and the price starts at $3000.00”
I sat down and cried, devastated that my only options were electrocution or never letting him play with other dogs.
I began researching and found reward-based training. I met with a trainer and she changed my world! Allison showed me how to train in a fun and positive way. I worked consistently with Bentley, and he LOVED our training sessions - he couldn't get enough! He can now play without his muzzle with male dogs.
I immediately started taking courses in reward-based training, wanting to help others experience obedient and happy dogs.
